Write to the loft

There is one address and a person reads it: [email protected]. There is no form on this page, and that is deliberate — a form that posts nowhere is worse than no form, and we have not wired one up.

Replies are not guaranteed and are never fast. A correction with a screenshot gets read first, because that is the mail that improves the site.

What is worth sending

• A price that has moved. Tell us the page on this site, the platform's page, and what your screen says. Your screen is more current than ours by definition.
• A currency we did not predict. If a platform serves you something we did not mention, that is genuinely useful — the whole point of naming currencies is that yours may differ.
• A broken or misleading sentence. Including one that is technically true and reads as something else. Those are the ones that do damage.
• A language we have not covered. We own the live-class side of every language, so gaps are gaps.

What we cannot help with

We cannot arrange, refund, reschedule or complain about a lesson, because we are not a party to it. If something went wrong with a booking, the platform's own support is the only route that can actually fix it.

We also do not answer questions about teaching or selling courses. This site serves people who are buying lessons, not people who are running them.

Partner and press mail

Platforms are welcome to write, and it changes nothing about placement. We do not accept paid reviews, sponsored posts, guest articles or link insertions, and a commercial relationship has never moved anything up or down a page here.

If you are writing to tell us a figure of yours is out of date, that is not partner mail, that is a correction — send it and we will fix it.
